2. What types of clients do you work with?

We work with independent contractors, non-profits, foundations, documentaries, corporate clients, musicians, and other creatives.

3. How do you define your project workflow?

Typically, our workflow includes: initial consultation → concept development → pre-production planning → production (filming/recording) → post-production editing and sound mastering → delivery of final file(s) and any agreed formats.

4. What is your pricing structure?

Pricing depends on the scope of the project (length, complexity, deliverables, timelines, etc.). We provide tailored estimates after the initial consultation.

5. How long does a typical project take from start to finish?

Turnaround depends on the project scope. A simple video might take a few weeks; a more complex project (e.g., documentary or multi-platform deliverables) could take several months. We provide timelines in our proposal.

6. Where are you based and do you travel?

We are based in Houston, Texas. For projects beyond the local area we are open to travel arrangements, depending on project budget and requirements.

7. What formats will I receive for my deliverables?

Deliverables will arrive in your agreed format(s) (e.g., ProRes HQ, H.264/H.265, WAV/AIFF for audio, etc.). We can discuss formats during the proposal phase to ensure compatibility with your workflow.

8. Do you offer revision rounds?

Yes. The number of revision rounds is specified in the contract. Additional revisions beyond that would incur extra charges.

9. Who retains copyright/usage rights?

Unless otherwise specified, we assign to the client all usage rights for the final deliverables upon full payment. We retain rights to use work in our portfolio unless requested otherwise. Specific licensing terms (broadcast, web, exclusivity) will be outlined in the contract.

10. How do you handle audio and sound-engineering tasks?

Our team is equipped for sound engineering, mixing, mastering, and location/audio capture. We ensure high-quality audio suitable for broadcast, streaming, or archival use.

11. Can you handle high-end motion-graphics and animation?

Yes. We offer motion-graphic design and animation services (e.g., 2D/3D titles, lower thirds, VFX, etc.). We’ll discuss your look and style during pre-production.

12. How are project changes handled after we start?

Any substantial changes that affect scope, timeline, or budget will be addressed via a change-order or amendment to the contract. We keep communication transparent to avoid surprises.

13. How is payment handled?

Typical payment terms: a deposit (e.g., 30–50 %) upfront, milestone payments during production, and final payment upon approval of deliverables. Specific terms will be in the contract.

14. What happens if we cancel or postpone a project?

Cancellation or postponement terms are defined in the contract. Generally, any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed, and any non-recoverable expenses will be reimbursed.

15. How do we schedule a consultation?

16. Do you provide raw footage or stems?

Yes. If requested and agreed upon in advance, we can provide raw footage, audio stems, project files, or other deliverables. Additional charges may apply for extensive archiving or file-delivery logistics.

17. How do you ensure quality and consistency?

We follow industry best practices for cinematography, audio capture, editing and color grading. We also perform quality checks and client reviews at key milestones to maintain alignment.

18. What if our project needs change after production has begun?

We will review the requested changes, assess impact on scope, budget, and timeline, and present an amendment for approval before proceeding.

19. Do you provide services for international projects?

Yes, subject to project scope, location logistics, and budget. We can travel or coordinate remote workflows as required.

20. How long do you keep project files after delivery?

We retain project files for a specified period (e.g., 60–90 days) after final delivery for backup. For longer archiving or access, a separate arrangement may be made.
